The Hydrogen Informed Person training course will review the safety implications when accessing environments where Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV), powertrain systems, or fuel cell systems are being developed, constructed, or maintained.
This course is aimed at those who are new to FCEV technology looking to understand the basics and how to stay safe.
Hydrogen Vehicle Competent Person
The Hydrogen Competent Person training course provides essential knowledge on best practices and safety procedures for working on Hydrogen fuelled Hazardous Voltage powertrain systems that have been made dead and isolated from all sources of energy.
Participants will learn how to handle safety documents and verify that the system is electrically safe and fully dead at the point of work.
Hydrogen Vehicle Authorised Person
The Hydrogen Authorised Person training course provides essential knowledge on best practices and safety procedures for safe isolation prior to working on Hydrogen fuelled Hazardous Voltage powertrain systems. Learners will be able to risk assess, issue safety documentation, and supervise Competent Persons working on Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles.
Hydrogen Vehicle Senior Authorised Person
The Hydrogen Senior Authorised Person training course provides essential knowledge on best practices and safety procedures for exploratory and Live Working activities on Hydrogen Fuelled Hazardous Voltage powertrain systems. Learners will be able to risk assess systems, select appropriate control measures including PPE, prepare Safe Systems of Work, and issue safety documentation to enable high-risk work activities to be completed safely.
Hydrogen System Test Cell Authorised Person
The Hydrogen System Test Cell Authorised Person course provides essential knowlege of how to control the risks presented with high pressure fuel cell delivery systems in test cell environments. The course focuses on how systems are to be isolated and purged in order to ensure fuel delivey risks and electrical generation risks are controlled.
