From Formula E, Formula 1, Formula Student, WEC, Indycar and E1 we have extensive knowledge of the unique requirements of motorsport. We align training to satisfy FiA sporting regulations and national standards for electrical safety including DGUV 209-093.

We offer a wide range of courses for the EV Motorsport Sector 

Formula Student Electrical Systems Advisor (ESA) Course (Day 1) 

The Formula Student ESA Training Course complies with the FIA Sporting Regulations, which requires competitors to undertake electric vehicle training aligned as equivalent to DGUV 209-093 Level 2E and the IMECHE Formula Student EV Safety Rules. 
 
This course teaches the skills required to work on dead and isolated high voltage powertrain and battery systems and enables the trained person to 'Powerdown' the racecar. 
 
This bespoke HV training solution has been adopted by a number of Formula Student teams globally to meet the requirements of Formula Student events and enhance team safety. 
 
This course includes online modules which are required to be completed prior to in-person training.

Formula Student Electrical Systems Officer (ESO) Course (Day 2 & 3) 

The Formula Student ESO Training Course complies with the FIA Sporting Regulations, which requires competitors to undertake electric vehicle training aligned as equivalent to DGUV 209-093 Level 3E and the IMECHE Formula Student EV Safety Rules. 
 
This course equips participants with the critical skills needed to identify and manage vehicle faults, assess risks involving potentially live components, and implement robust electrical safety protocols. On completion of the course participants can be authorised as the team designated Electrical Safety Officer at Formula Student events allowing them to sign off on the racecar's safety status, serve as the team's technical point of contact and work on the racecar when its condition is unknown. 
 
This bespoke HV training solution has been adopted by a number of Formula Student teams globally to meet the requirements of Formula Student events and enhance team safety.

Motorsport Competitor Safety Training (Day 1)   

The Motorsport Competitor Safety Training Course complies with the FIA Sporting Regulations, which requires competitors to undertake electric vehicle training aligned as equivalent to DGUV 209-093 Level 2E. 
 
This course teaches the skills required to work on dead and isolated high voltage powertrain and battery systems and enables the trained person to 'Powerdown' the racecar. 
 
This bespoke HV training solution that has been adopted by a number of leading teams to meet the requirements of the FIA and enhance team safety. 
 
This course includes online modules which are required to be completed prior to in-person training. 
 
This course is suitable for all forms of professional Motorsport where a high voltage hybrid/electric powertrain is onboard the vehicle.

Motorsport Team HV Safety Officer Training (Day 2 & 3)   

The Motorsport Team HV Safety Officer Training Course complies with the FIA Sporting Regulations, which requires competitors to undertake electric vehicle training aligned as equivalent to DGUV 209-093 Level 3E. 
 
This course covers the skills required to manage and coordinate vehicle faults, potential live components and overall risk management for electrical safety and enables the trained person to be the point of contact for the FIA, sign off on the status of the racecar and work on the racecar when the status is unknown. 
 
This bespoke HV training solution that has been adopted by a number of leading teams to meet the requirements of the FIA and enhance team safety. 
 
This course is suitable for all forms of professional Motorsport where a high voltage hybrid/electric powertrain is onboard the vehicle.
